From the experiences we have gained through travel, sports and exploration, our journey has led us to design, develop and manufacture what we believe will be the best simplified footwear we have ever had.

Gumbies flip-flops conform to the contours and vault of the foot, and most importantly, provide comfort between the toes. Created using the most practical, natural and recycled environmentally friendly materials.

GUMTREAD™ - We chose recycled rubber as the base material for our innovative soles with the dual goals of flexibility and durability. The recycled rubber offers a tire-like tread that provides grip to keep you going, whether you're walking in slippers in front of the yard or conquering the world in flip-flops.

WE PROTECT THE FORESTS - For every purchase of Gumbies flip-flops, a mangrove tree is planted in Mozambique, Magadaskar or Kenya. Mangrove trees especially enrich the environment due to their storage of 4 times more carbon than other trees.

RECYCLED TEXTILES - Our choice of canvas strips made from recycled cotton fibers reduces the need to over-cultivate cotton, which can be inefficient in terms of water use.
